The main house and the annexe are rented separately, for holidays in Les Sables-d'Olonne with family or friends. The garden and its palm tree go with the main house; the annexe has its own terrace.

Is the booking confirmed automatically?
No. The form is a request. The booking is confirmed after an exchange with the owners. No payment is made on the website.
How many people can stay?
The main house sleeps up to 6 people. The annexe sleeps up to 4 people.
What is the minimum stay?
2 nights from September to June and 6 nights in July and August.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival from 4 pm and departure before 10 am.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before your arrival. Between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay remains due. Less than 7 days before arrival, the full price of the stay remains due. After confirmation, free cancellation is also possible for 24 hours, when the booking was confirmed at least 7 days before arrival.
Is cleaning included?
A compulsory cleaning fee is added to the price of the stay: €60 for the main house, €40 for the annexe.
