Data collected
When you send a request for a stay, we only collect what you enter:
- your first and last name;
- your phone number and email address;
- the option, the dates and the number of guests;
- your message, if any.
The IP address of your connection is used temporarily to limit abusive submissions of the form.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used to review your request, reply to you and, where applicable, prepare your stay. The processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request. It is never used for advertising and is neither sold nor transferred.
Recipients
Your contact details are accessible only to the owners, in a protected administration area. They are never displayed publicly: the website calendar only shows unavailable dates.
Technical service providers are involved in running the website:
- website hosting: Netlify, Inc. (United States);
- database hosting: Neon (Databricks group), servers located in Frankfurt (Germany);
- sending acknowledgement and notification emails: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France).
Retention period
Requests and stay information are kept for three years after the last contact, then deleted. Data used to limit abusive submissions of the form is erased within one day at most.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, as well as the restriction of its processing, by writing to samt.resa4485@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
