House rules
A few rules, so that everyone can make the most of the house.
- Arrival and departure
- Arrival from 4 pm, departure before 10 am. Any day of the week can be an arrival day.
- Cancellation
- You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival. Between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay remains due. Less than 7 days before arrival, the full price of the stay remains due. Once your booking is confirmed, you also have 24 hours to change your mind at no cost, provided the booking was confirmed at least 7 days before your arrival.
- Smoking
- Outdoors only.
- Pets
- Not accepted by default. A request can be considered in advance.
- Quiet
- No parties or celebrations. Quiet is requested from 10 pm.
- Visitors
- Up to 2 visitors in addition to the guests: 8 people at most in the main house, 6 in the annexe. The hosts must be informed before any visit.
- Plancha and equipment
- The plancha is cleaned after each use; equipment is cleaned and put away.
- Before leaving
- Bed linen is removed and gathered together, and the house is left tidy.
- Cleaning
- A compulsory cleaning fee is added to the price of the stay: €60 for the main house, €40 for the annexe.
- Linen and toiletries
- Bed linen, bath towels, shower gel and shampoo provided.
- Security deposit
- The amount and terms are set out in the rental agreement.

How do I make a booking request?
Choose the option, your dates and the number of guests, then enter your contact details. We will then get back to you directly.
Is the booking confirmed automatically?
No. The form is a request. The booking is confirmed after an exchange with the owners. No payment is made on the website.
How many people can stay?
The main house sleeps up to 6 people. The annexe sleeps up to 4 people.
What is the minimum stay?
2 nights from September to June and 6 nights in July and August.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival from 4 pm and departure before 10 am.
How is the price calculated?
The price is calculated per night, depending on the period: outside school holidays, during French school holidays and May bank holiday weekends, or from 1 July to 15 September. A compulsory cleaning fee is added to the price of the stay: €60 for the main house, €40 for the annexe. Prices exclude the local tourist tax. The form shows an estimate; the amount is confirmed by Albane & Stéphane Faure.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before your arrival. Between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay remains due. Less than 7 days before arrival, the full price of the stay remains due. After confirmation, free cancellation is also possible for 24 hours, when the booking was confirmed at least 7 days before arrival.
Is linen provided?
Bed linen and bath towels are provided, as well as shower gel and shampoo.

Can the garden be used from the annexe?
The garden belongs to the main house. The annexe has its own terrace.
Are pets allowed?
Not by default. A request can be considered before the stay.

Not indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
Can we hold a party?
No. Parties and celebrations are not allowed, and quiet is requested from 10 pm.
Can we have visitors?
Yes, in moderation. Up to 2 visitors in addition to the guests: 8 people at most in the main house, 6 in the annexe. The hosts must be informed before any visit.
